What to Expect:
Move through a sequence of dynamic yet accessible poses that link breath and motion, building strength and flexibility while calming the mind. Your instructor will offer cues, guidance, and modifications, making this class ideal for those rediscovering their practice or seeking mindful movement in a supportive environment.

Heated to a rejuvenating 75-83°F — warm enough to enhance flexibility and flow, yet gentle enough for mindfulness and balance.

Studio Guidelines
Welcome to FFH Yoga & Fitness Studio
We’re so glad you’re here. These guidelines are designed to help everyone feel safe, supported, and comfortable while moving together in our space.
Safety First
Your well-being matters to us.

Please listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.

Modifications are always encouraged — rest is part of the practice.

If you’re new to movement, returning after time away, or managing an injury, let your instructor know before class.

Stay hydrated and step outside the room if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or overheated.
-
Heated classes may not be suitable during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.
-
Teachers will use verbal and sometimes hands-on assistance during class. You have the choice to opt-in to hands-on assists before each class.
Arrival & Late Entry

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit.

Doors close at the start of class to maintain a calm, focused environment.

Late entry is not permitted once class has begun.

Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens.

Classes may be canceled up to 2 hours before class start time without penalty.
-
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class credit being forfeited and becoming subject to a “late cancel fee” of $10.
-
No shows will also be charged a $10 fee.
-
This policy allows space for waitlisted clients and helps us run a smooth schedule.

If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.

If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified by email or app notification.

You are responsible for canceling if your plans change after being added from the waitlist.
