Identify Your Priorities: Take a moment to assess what matters most to you. Is it spending quality time with family, excelling in your career, or simply having time for yourself? Knowing your priorities will guide your boundary-setting journey.

 

Learn to Say No: Saying no is not selfish; it's a form of self-respect. Practice politely declining commitments or requests that don't align with your priorities or values.

 

Establish Daily Rituals: Carve out time each day for activities that nourish your body and mind, whether it's morning meditation, a rejuvenating workout, reading a book, or preparing a nutritious meal.

Communicate Openly: Clearly communicate your boundaries to others. Let them know what you need to feel balanced and fulfilled.
