You won’t find endless class times or pressure to “fit it all in.”
Just a few thoughtfully placed classes throughout the week to help you stay consistent, feel better, and move at your own pace.

Whether you prefer mornings or early evenings, you’ll find options that support your routine—not disrupt it.

→ Morning classes to start your day grounded
→ Mid-morning sessions for a slower, more intentional pace
→ Early evening classes to reset after the day

If you’re not sure which class to choose, you’re not alone.

 

Most women begin with:
→ SoulRise Flow (gentle, guided movement)
→ SlowBurn Pilates (low-impact strength)
→ SoulStart (our beginner-friendly class)

 

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be “in shape.”

 

You just need a place to begin—and this is it.

 

Before You Book

 

To help you feel comfortable walking in:

• All classes are beginner-friendly — with guidance and modifications
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit
• Mats and props are available (you’re welcome to bring your own)
• Classes are small and intentionally paced—you won’t feel lost here

 

A Different Kind of Class Experience

 

This isn’t a crowded gym or fast-paced group class.

 

It’s a calm, supportive space where:
→ You’ll be guided throughout the entire class
→ You can move at your own pace
→ You’ll feel comfortable asking questions

 

For many women, that’s the difference between starting… and sticking with it.
