       MEET YELENA!

Hi, I’m Yelena — the founder of FFH Fitness Yoga Studio and the guide behind the movement.

 

Like many women, I spent years juggling work, family, and life’s constant demands, often placing my own well-being last. I knew what it felt like to be busy, capable, and driven — yet disconnected from my body and in need of space to breathe, move, and reset.

 

FFH Fitness Yoga Studio was born from that experience.

 

After leaving a long corporate career, I followed my passion for movement, wellness, and mindful living. Over the years, I’ve trained in strength training, Pilates, yoga, meditation, and nutrition, working with women of all backgrounds and fitness levels. My approach blends strength, softness, and intention — helping women feel empowered in their bodies without pressure or perfection.

 

At FFH, you’ll find movement that supports real life. Classes designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. A warm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported — exactly as you are.

 

My mission is simple: to help women step away from the noise, return to themselves, and leave feeling fit, having fun, and genuinely happy.

Why I Created FFH

FFH was created for women who give a lot — to their work, their families, and everyone around them — yet often leave themselves for last.

 

I know how easy it is to push through busy days, ignore your body’s signals, and believe there will be “more time later.” I also know what it feels like to crave a space that isn’t intimidating or performance-driven — a place where movement feels supportive, not overwhelming.

 

I created FFH Fitness Yoga Studio to be that space.

 

A place where strength and softness coexist.
Where movement supports longevity, not burnout.
Where women can show up exactly as they are and feel welcomed.

 

FFH isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about reconnecting — to your body, your breath, and a community that understands real life. Stepping onto the mat as a form of self-respect, not self-criticism.

 

This studio is my way of creating the environment I once searched for — and now get to share with you.

Helpful Info for New Clients

Are classes beginner-friendly? Yes! All FFH classes are designed to welcome every level. Whether you’re brand new to movement or returning after time away, you’ll receive clear guidance, options, and encouragement to move at your own pace. There’s no pressure to “keep up” — just come as you are.

Are your classes heated? Yes, most classes are held in a gently heated infrared room. Temperatures typically range from 75–90°F, depending on the class style. The warmth supports circulation, flexibility, and recovery — without feeling overwhelming. You’re always welcome to take breaks or step outside if needed.

Where can I find the class schedule? Our class schedule is: •Updated monthly •Available on our website, schedule page •Posted on Instagram and Facebook We recommend checking the schedule online for the most up-to-date availability and to reserve your spot.

What should I wear or bring to class? Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. Please bring: •A water bottle •A towel (especially for heated classes) •A yoga mat (optional — we provide mats and props) Classes are practiced barefoot or with Pilates grip socks.

Do I have to sign up ahead of time? Yes, advance sign-up is required as space is limited. You can easily reserve your spot through our online booking system on the website/schedule page. Creating an account allows you to manage classes, waitlists, and cancellations all in one place.

How early should I arrive to class? We recommend arriving: •10–15 minutes early for your first visit •5–10 minutes early for regular visits This gives you time to settle in, set up your space, and enjoy a calm start. Doors close at the start of class, and late entry is not permitted.

What’s your cancellation / no-show policy? We understand that plans can change. •You may cancel a class at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. •If you cancel within 2 hours of class or do not attend, a $10 late cancellation fee will apply. •No-shows are also subject to the $10 fee. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and offer spots to waitlisted clients.

Does the cancellation fee apply to workshops or events? Cancellation fees do not apply to workshops or special events. However: •If you late cancel or do not attend a workshop or event, you will be charged the full price of the event. •Workshop and event purchases are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay extra for community events? No — community events are free and open to everyone. Workshops are offered separately and typically range from $20–$40, depending on the experience.
